Portfolio Structure

The Portfolios operate using the following structure:

You invest in Beacon Trust Portfolios Plc.

The investment decisions for both the Cautious and Growth portfolios are made by Beacon Trust Fund Managers DAC.

The Central Bank of Ireland approved Beacon Trust Portfolios Plc and Beacon Trust Fund Managers DAC on 1st July 2009.

Security
Best practice recognises that funds should have both external Custodians and Administrators.

Bank of America Custodial Services (Ireland) are the Custodians to the portfolios.

Maples Fund Services (Ireland) Limited are Administrators to the portfolios.

When you invest, your funds are paid into a Maples Fund Services account with Bank of America.

While invested, Bank of America hold the portfolio assets (as custodians for Beacon Trust Portfolios Plc).

When you redeem your investment, the redemption payment is made directly from the Maples Fund Services account with Bank of America to your own bank account.
